Kate Bosworth showed off an ensemble starring her bright red shoes — shop her look now — flying from JFK to LAX with James Rousseau today. While Kate was in Manhattan she stopped by Glamour's Women of the Year party where she introduced Maureen Chiquet, the CEO of Chanel. We know how much Kate loves her Chanel memories and so it must have been an honor to take part in the ceremony. Still, there's nothing like a little downtime with the boyfriend after a busy week.

Glamour Magazine celebrated their 2008 Women of the Year in NYC last night bringing out the stars in black and white. The honorees included Tyra Banks, Nicole Kidman, Hillary Clinton and more. Nicole looked gorgeous in white with Keith on her arm but no little Keith-ette. Fergie performed on stage as did David Cook whose new video you are loving. While Natalie Portman and Kate Bosworth weren't the women of the night they both looked stunning on the black carpet out to celebrate some of the other ladies in the industry and around the world who made a difference this year.

BlackBerry has had quite the celebrity-filled week, launching Storm with John Mayer on Wednesday followed by its Bold launch party in LA on Thursday night. Kate Bosworth glowed in her simple and neutral-toned outfit, while Mario Lopez and Eva Longoria laughed and chatted together. The Fashion Group International threw their 25th annual Night of Stars at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City last night. Donatella Versace was presented an award by Jennifer Lopez and smiled alongside Marc Anthony and Balthazar Getty. Jennifer reminisced about her infamous green Versace dress — though she and Marc disagreed over whether she would still wear it today. Fresh from her appearance on Oprah, Ashley Olsen looked hot walking the red carpet without her boyfriend Justin Bartha. Kate Bosworth made it three nights in a row out on the town while Blake Lively arrived with Penn but as usual didn't pose with him. While Wall Street itself may be going through a hard time, the glamorous celebrities still came out to celebrate and honor Donatella.

There's never a dull moment for fabulous Kate Bosworth, who was out at the Vacheron Constantin party in NYC last night after Tuesday's big Chanel soiree. She posed in sequins matching the bottom of her dress with Susan Sarandon's suit. It wasn't all about beautiful watches, however, as the event was in support of the Afghanistan World Foundation and honoring Salman Rushdie and Richard Meier. Lipstick Jungle sweethearts Kim Raver and Lindsay Price looked like they stepped right off the set in their hot sheath dresses. Kate Bosworth kept warm by changing into tights, pumps and sticking with a blazer at the Chanel Mobile Art after party last night. When someone asked Kate who she was wearing on the red carpet she laughed and jokingly yelled out, "Who am I wearing? What do you think?" The actress showed off her silver frock and is currently winning her battle of the Chanel, so looks like she chose the right outfit. When asked about a memorable Chanel piece she's worn, Kate said:

"I didn’t keep it because it's in the archives. It’s the Chanel dress I wore to the Met ball. It was pretty amazing. It was made in the eighties and it’s just pretty amazing, I was really happy."

Kate was pulled away by James as they left the chilly art pavilion and the gorgeous couple headed hand-in-hand to the Waverly Inn soiree.

Chanel pulled out all the stops to celebrate the opening of their mobile art pavilion in New York's Central Park last night. Silver and black were the colors of the night on stars like Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Raver, Kate Bosworth and Karl Lagerfeld in his usual uniform. The night was so cold and windy that a pole fell on Kim Raver as she started walking down the red carpet. At one point James Rousseau sweetly offered Kate Bosworth his jacket and kissed her cheek when she looked chilly. She also laughed and chatted with Helena Christensen while enjoying the live music. The 2009 Spring fashion season came to a close in Paris last night after a whirlwind month of shows in New York, London, and Milan. Lots of stars were out to celebrate, with Emma Watson, Claudia Schiffer, and Naomi Campbell taking in YSL and Chanel while Dita von Teese and Lenny Kravitz checked out Marc Jacobs's newest work at Louis Vuitton. After shopping around the city, Kate Bosworth brought her man James Rousseau to the Miu Miu show last night along with Kirsten Dunst, who is a former face of the brand. Kirsten also made time for some sightseeing, which hopefully kept her mind off the less-than-stellar opening of How to Lose Friends and Alienate People.

Kate Bosworth and James Rousseau headed to Bristol Farms in LA yesterday to pick up a few goodies. Looks like they didn't get super lovey dovey behind their shopping cart like another couple we can think of, but these two always manage to keep things endearing even when low-key. Kate hasn't been in the mood for VMAs or Fashion Week, but she did clear her schedule for last Friday's Stand Up To Cancer event.

Kate Bosworth looks fashionably fabulous in the latest issue of Australian Harper's Bazaar. The actress has a lot going for her right now: Adorable boyfriend? Check. Recent hit movie? Check. Style icon status? Check. However, Kate doesn't let this all go to her head. She opened up to Harper's about preserving her childhood, James Rosseau, and how she stays so grounded. Here are highlights:

• On her career during high school: "I didn't want to be the 'child actress.' Some strange little part of me knew I had to go through those challenging teenage years and not be interrupted by Hollywood. I shot a few things over summer holidays like [TV series] Young Americans and Remember the Titans, but I wanted to take the time to study."
• On how she stays grounded: "Once you go through the experience of being dragged through the mud, you don't ever give a sh*t ever again. Being a public figure there's always this fear. 'Do they like me?' It's a high school thing. My tips are: 1. Don't read anything [written about you] — it's all full of sh*t. 2. Have good people around you. 3. Laugh."

Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen looked right at home filming New York, I Love You in Manhattan yesterday. Considering they got together filming Jumper, these two are no strangers to on-set couple time. They look like such the movie stars in their directors' chairs and umbrella to shade them from the sun. After his yucky smoke break, Hayden showed off his basketball skills to the crew. How much does Rachel look like Kate Bosworth in that blond wig? We're hoping this movie lives up to all its star power even though we'll only be seeing our favorite faces on the screen for small segments of the bigger project.

Kate Bosworth took her daytime to nighttime nonstop fun all the way to London. Yesterday she enjoyed an evening on the town — get her cute look for less here — with friends, but she didn't look too worse for the wear leaving her hotel this morning. Good work, no one wants a mid-week vacation hangover. Kate seems to be enjoying her 21 promotional stint (and it can't hurt to have the No. 1 movie two weeks in a row), but I'm starting to wonder what happened to her boyfriend James? We haven't seen him by her side since early March, but judging from her constant smiles I'm not going to worry too much about there being trouble in that paradise.
