Selma Blair looked like she was taking her fitness seriously, leaving the gym in LA with an energy drink on Thursday. It's understandable she needs a little pick-me-up since she's been busy with both her new show Kath and Kim and promoting Hellboy 2. Buzz caught up with her at the Summer TCAs, where she cracked the room of journalists up talking about her new hair extensions and playing Molly Shannon's daughter. Selma Blair hopped on a plane to NYC last night to make an appearance on TRL today as she continues to promote Hellboy II. Selma has always been a trendsetter like this quirky outfit she wore to chat about the movie. Fashion was also on her side while she was shooting the film — apparently she liked to tease her fellow castmates who were in elaborate costumes. She recently said, "On the hottest days, when the other actors [couldn't] breathe in their makeup, I breeze in and say how sweaty I feel in my cotton tank top." Sounds a little painful for the poor guys she worked with, but hopefully Selma's comic relief helped keep their minds off the heat.

Some of the biggest names of Fashion Week were there to close down the tents in NYC yesterday. Donna Karan, Sean John and Ralph Lauren all showed off their new collections on Friday in front of star-studded front rows, but it was the Marc Jacobs show last night that had everyone buzzing. After starting over two hours late last NY Fashion Week, MJ got things going relatively on time and surprised the audience with a live Sonic Youth concert while the models strutted the runway. As reported, Kevin Federline was front and center for the show alongside the likes of an especially fierce looking Victoria Beckham and Selma Blair. Hotness. K-Fed looks a little tired these days — I wonder why. The man of the hour Marc himself looked like he was having a blast at the show and after party, gotta believe it's always a relief as soon as it's over. NY Fashion Week always feels like a marathon so I'm betting this weekend will involve a lot of sleep for the A-List front row staples.

Selma Blair left her cute companion at home when she went for a coffee run in LA on Friday. She was looking tiny in her skinny jeans and ready for Winter with her beret. We've always been a fan of Selma's personal style and taste in men (hello cute friend and boyfriend). Now only if she could start making more movies since Hellboy 2 is not on the top of our list of things to look forward to in 2008.
