Keri Russell isn't one of Hollywood's tough chicks, but she was looking pretty badass in her leather jacket and shiny red helmet on the set of Bedtime Stories on Thursday. Adam was right there to hobble along beside her, but it looks like the poor guy's foot injury isn't quite healed yet. Adam might be a little bummed about missing out on riding a motorcycle around, but hopefully there's plenty of other danger-free fun to be had on the set.

It was back to work for Adam Sandler and Keri Russell, who were reunited yesterday on the LA set of Bedtime Stories. We haven't seen these two filming since Adam broke his ankle in a basketball accident two weeks ago, but he was quite the trooper as he hobbled around between takes on his crutches. Keri has been enjoying her downtime in sunny California with her main men River and Shane, but returning to such a fun-looking movie probably doesn't feel too much like work.

Jessica Alba gave us a peek at her growing baby bump while hitting the gym once again in LA this weekend. Obviously Alba isn't going to let a little one get in the way of the sexy body that helped make her famous. Keri Russell took home the top post-baby slim down title last year but we have a feeling Alba will be a contender for the title this year. We hope Jessica and Cash had a super special New Year's Eve last night even though mommy-to-be Jessica had to skip the champagne. The newly engaged couple certainly have plenty to celebrate and even more to look forward to in 2008.

While the holidays are full of family, loved ones, shopping and cozy clothes, there's always room for shocking announcements as we learned this week. Here's what went down:

• The week started off regularly enough for Britney Spears, who handled some legal issues with Kevin and got kicked out of the Four Seasons, before the bomb dropped that her sister Jamie Lynn is pregnant — though it seems she found out when the rest of us did.
• Back to Jamie Lynn, we got to see her OK! Magazine interview, learn how much she was paid for it, and that Nick might make her story into a lesson to kids. Unfortunately, it looks like she might be going through this without her baby's daddy.
• Lindsay Lohan was up to the usual of dining out and getting coffee in LA, and she apparently got a new BFF as well as a head start on her New Year's resolutions.
• Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes landed in LA early this week, where Katie caught up on her holiday shopping before celebrating her birthday with Tom and enjoying some bonding time with Suri.
• Jennifer Garner had a week of girl time with Violet in NYC, where they hailed cabs together, and a boy joined them on Friday when they hung out with Keri Russell and her son.
• Paris Hilton kept her international party going in Berlin before heading back to LA for more going out and a reunion with her Swedish pizza boy Alex.
• Jessica Simpson went to a Cowboys game to cheer on her boyfriend Tony, but his teammates weren't too happy, although that didn't get in the way of her doing some holiday shopping in Dallas.

Keri Russell made her way out of her hotel in Beverly Hills with baby River and all of his gear. She looks a little bogged down with his stroller and carrier, but it sounds like one of the hardest parts about being a mom is already over for Keri. She stopped by The View on Friday where she revealed that she spent 38 hours in labor when River was born. Damn, that sounds pretty rough, but Keri assured the audience that it "all worked out in the end."

Isla Fisher cuddled up with her brand new baby Olive in LA yesterday. Between the kisses and pajama pants, this picture is just too precious — look how tiny she is! Speaking of being small, Isla looked healthy and fantastic running some errands later in the day. Having a newborn is exhausting, but you wouldn't know it by looking at fresh faced Isla. Plus, Isla's always been an itty bitty woman but seriously — she and Keri Russell must know something that we don't. We can't wait to see more of adorable little Olive with her almost as cute mom and dad.

Seriously the woman had a kid 2 weeks ago and she's out and about in NYC looking fit and fabulous like nothing ever happened. She is clearly back in her normal clothes and she's wrapped up River Russell Deary to schlep him along to run errands. She was seen shopping at Whole Foods and dragging her laundry across town. How normal of her. Makes me want to like her again and then I look at her post-pregnancy body. Not fair. Period. Oh by the way, enjoy the first pics of River although we obviously hope to get better ones soon. No but really, good for Keri! She looks amazing!
