Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are expecting another baby! Joel announced the news last night on his Good Charlotte blog. He said:

"What's better than winning an Oscar? I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family. Hope your all feeling as good as i am right now..."

We've loved seeing Nicole and Joel with adorable Harlow and it's so exciting that they have another baby on the way. Congratulations to the happy family!

It's the final day of Fashion Week, but the front rows are still full of familiar faces. At his show last night, Zac Posen's good friend Rachel Bilson was sitting near another newly engaged star, Claire Danes. Nicole Richie was also in attendance next to Alicia Keys to watch the collection. Also showing yesterday was Christian Siriano, who already has his fair share of celebrity followers. Kate Beckinsale sported new bangs and matched Eva Mendes in black while checking out Calvin Klein. This morning, Heidi Klum brightened up the mood at the Project Runway show. Since the season is yet to start airing and no one knows who the contestants are, the three finalists' collections were shown anonymously. Heidi said, "This is [the designer's] moment and unfortunately nobody has seen the show yet. I’m a little bit sad for our designers that they don’t get that recognition today. Nicole Richie and Harlow continued to see the sights of NYC together today. While Nicole's been checking out the runways at Fashion Week, Harlow stole the show this afternoon with her adorable mary-janes and big smile. Joel got fancy to venture out solo for a charity gala in LA last night - but he, Nicole, and Harlow always look best when they're rolling as a trio.

Diane Kruger and Taylor Momsen both hit up the Marchesa show before Taylor changed into a skirt for MCM's VIP party. At Tory Burch, Kanye West continued to take it all in before he's off to Paris Fashion Week where he'll show off the LV shoes he designed. Oscar de la Renta was spotted backstage with Barbara Walters and the young Barbara Bush as Bryant Park swarmed with celebrities. Not all the action was in the tents - newly engaged Rachel Bilson stopped by the Temperley London Store last night but wore gloves to cover any ring. Nicole Richie hit the Beverly Center in LA yesterday with Harlow and Benji as her shopping partners. Benji looked like a natural pushing his niece along from store to store in her red stroller. Harlow's already impeccably dressed right down to her red shoes, and in no time she'll be picking out her own accessories.

Nicole Richie headed out solo to a meeting yesterday, a new mid-week activity after we've gotten so used to seeing her Wednesday afternoons at traffic school. She's got lots of business to attend to, between her design and charity projects, but one thing she can cross off the list is her rumored appearance on Gossip Girl since her rep just denied the story. We still think it would be a perfect spot for former real life mean girl Nicole to teach our favorite Upper East Siders a thing or two.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden hit the beach in Hawaii yesterday to soak up some of those pre-New Years rays. The new mom looked absolutely fantastic in her little red bikini. The duo spent some time there last year where Nicole showed off her pregnant belly in a green bikini, and now it's time to introduce Harlow to one of their favorite spots. They were also joined by Benji, who seems like a welcome third wheel these days. Nicole tried out paddle surfing and kayaking but didn't seem to last long exercising and who can blame her when there's so much beach lounging to be done.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden slipped into workout gear for a walk around their LA neighborhood over the weekend. Baby Harlow sat that one out, but she was back in mommy's arms last night. After almost a year of parenthood the couple have admitted to wanting more if they are "as easy and wonderful as Harlow!" Joel also recently hinted that they're both open to the possibility of adopting a sibling in the future. Considering Nicole's your favorite new mom, it would be nice to have her show off their parenting skills with another little one.

It was a starlet studded night on Robertson Blvd at the new Dolce & Gabbana flagship store opening last night. Nicole Richie may not be working on an album after all, but she worked the red carpet with Joel and he wasn't the only Madden in the house. Recent exes Paris Hilton and Benji Madden both came out for the party. Also newly single Ginnifer Goodwin was there, but it sound like instead of having any girl talk, Paris wanted to reconecct with Benji. Rachel Bilson stood out in sequins while Lauren Conrad's hair looked perfect as usual. Last night's episode of The Hills treated us to a look behind Heidi and Spencer's wedding, but it's Lauren and Heidi's reunion on next week's finale that should be interesting.

Nicole Richie took an animated Harlow out on Saturday and then put on a LBD to join Joel Madden for his footwear line launch with his brother that night.
