There's never a dull moment for fabulous Kate Bosworth, who was out at the Vacheron Constantin party in NYC last night after Tuesday's big Chanel soiree. She posed in sequins matching the bottom of her dress with Susan Sarandon's suit. It wasn't all about beautiful watches, however, as the event was in support of the Afghanistan World Foundation and honoring Salman Rushdie and Richard Meier. Lipstick Jungle sweethearts Kim Raver and Lindsay Price looked like they stepped right off the set in their hot sheath dresses. As the party season just starts to heat up, we'll be seeing a lot of these familiar faces on the red carpets and small screen every week.

Chanel pulled out all the stops to celebrate the opening of their mobile art pavilion in New York's Central Park last night. Silver and black were the colors of the night on stars like Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Raver, Kate Bosworth and Karl Lagerfeld in his usual uniform. The night was so cold and windy that a pole fell on Kim Raver as she started walking down the red carpet. At one point James Rousseau sweetly offered Kate Bosworth his jacket and kissed her cheek when she looked chilly. She also laughed and chatted with Helena Christensen while enjoying the live music. Ann Ronson talked to us about Lindsay and Samantha — more on that later — but needless to say it was a glamorous night from start to finish.

Lipstick Jungle is taking full advantage of their timing, piggybacking all sorts of parties and events with the beginning of Fashion Week in New York. Last night all the ladies of the show — Brooke Shields, Kim Raver and Lindsay Price — were out for the big premiere party and this morning they used the oversized scissors to cut the ribbon officially kicking off the week alongside show creator Candace Bushnell. Sure this show is more than a little hard to distinguish from Cashmere Mafia but thankfully Buzz is here to help us keep them separate. Plus, we'll take any new TV we can get these days. So anyone excited to see yet another group of well dressed Manhattan women on primetime starting Feb 7...or are you over it?

• Kiefer Sutherland plead no contest yesterday and was sentenced to a total of 48 days in jail for his current DUI and a probation violation back in December. Knowing Jack Bauer (okay, the LA jail system and celebrity DUIs), he'll probably be released from "overcrowding" before he knows it. - TMZ
