Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen met up on Friday afternoon for some twin time at Soho House in NYC. The girls braved the cold in their signature dark and baggy style - though neither one opted for fur, perhaps because their star on the Walk of Fame was defaced last week. The sisters don't seem too upset about the incident, but Mary-Kate has been doing particularly well as she and her man Nate Lowman enjoy PDAs around the city. Ashley's also getting lots of love from her guy Justin, so both girls seem to have shrugged off the drama.

Ashley Olsen wasn't showing any signs of stress from the current economy shopping at the Hermes store in LA yesterday — getting a start on holiday shopping perhaps? She's not the only one with a generous spirit, Fab's giving away eight signed copies of Mary-Kate and Ashley's gorgeous new book Influence. It would make an excellent present for anyone, or a fabulous addition to your coffee table. Seeing how chic Ashley looks, there's certainly nothing wrong with a little Olsen influence.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen arrived at LAX in separate cars a few hours apart yesterday on their way out of town. The blond twins were both incognito, but it's hard to miss MK in her drapey clothing and Ashley with her big Starbucks. MK and Ashley have been making the rounds promoting Influence and earlier this week Mary-Kate made an awesome guest appearance on Samantha Who?. Not only did she do a fantastic job on the show, but she even dressed quintessentially her. Both Olsens seem happy in their relationships and successful in all their projects these days, growing up into impressive women each in her own right.

Ashley Olsen stopped by Letterman last night looking simply beautiful in simple black, perfect for your more influential of the twins. Ashley held her own against Dave's usual barrage of questions and a fun game of "is this you or your sister." As usual, Ashley sounded completely composed, but still cracked a few jokes like asking to borrow the Sarah Palin's passport costume from earlier in the show. When Dave asked if a photo of Diane von Furstenberg was their mom, she played along saying that Karl Lagerfeld is their dad. In the spirit of today, Ashley talked about trick or treating wherever she and Mary-Kate happened to be when they were growing up, but didn't reveal any plans for tonight — at least we know what she'll be dressed up as.

The Fashion Group International threw their 25th annual Night of Stars at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City last night. Donatella Versace was presented an award by Jennifer Lopez and smiled alongside Marc Anthony and Balthazar Getty. Jennifer reminisced about her infamous green Versace dress — though she and Marc disagreed over whether she would still wear it today. Fresh from her appearance on Oprah, Ashley Olsen looked hot walking the red carpet without her boyfriend Justin Bartha. Kate Bosworth made it three nights in a row out on the town while Blake Lively arrived with Penn but as usual didn't pose with him. While Wall Street itself may be going through a hard time, the glamorous celebrities still came out to celebrate and honor Donatella.

The day before she had a romantic lunch with her boyfriend Justin Bartha, but lately it seems like the twins have been focusing their energy on their book, Influence, which comes out today. In it Mary-Kate and Ashley share their views on marriage and children. The promoting continues this afternoon with an appearance on Oprah, where they open up about supporting each other's boyfriend choices. It's rare that they give TV interviews, especially side by side, so we can't wait to see what MK and Ashley have to say on Oprah.

Ashley Olsen looked like a hot little thing with her sexy hair and teeny tiny mini skirt around NYC this morning after joining with MK to promote their photography book in LA over the weekend. The new jewelry designer wasn't sporting any bling herself but that sparkle in her eye is enough to brighten up the neutral colored outfit. There may be a reason for her extra happy look — she's still getting hot and heavy with Justin Bartha. Despite rumors that he has a nasty jealous streak I'd love to see this lil' Olsen with her new leading man.
