J. J. Abram's anticipated new release, Cloverfield, premiered in LA last night and the town's hottest stars and starlets couldn't stay away. Lindsay Lohan strutted her stuff and scowl in a skin tight LBD on the red carpet for the first time since rehab. Pete and Ashlee were enthusiastic about the big event — and don't forget to tell us your questions for Ashlee. The girls of The Hills were out in full effect with LC who has a newly announced upcoming runway show, Audrina, Heidi and Spencer who obviously couldn't keep their hands off each other. Plus, hey, present for you — here's a little John Krasinski the man you most want to see more of in 2008. Since it's been so long since a new episode of The Office, it's better than nothing. This may not be your No. 1 choice of movies this weekend, but I'm excited to see how it fares after all the hype.

Some of our favorite ladies on television came out (and I'm sure they had to be dragged...) for the InStyle Diamond Fashion Show Preview Luncheon in Beverly Hills yesterday. Newly single Minka Kelly looked hot in white alongside Kristen Bell in a strapless number. Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester is kinda unrecognizable with that haircut, and she's still getting used to the red carpet, but I love me some Blair so I'll let all that go. Jennifer Love Hewitt on the other hand was more interested in showing off the new bling on her finger than the rocks in the show. Though I'm betting all eyes were on the shiny shiny when the show started.

Some of Hollywood's cell phone loving celebs came out last night to celebrate the 9th anniversary of Motorola in LA. Kelly Clarkson provided the entertainment as she took the stage in her fab juicy dress and Brittany Murphy squeezed into some serious leather boots. Scott Speedman looked scruffy cute next to clean-cut Justin Long while Audrina Patridge showed off her glowing tan in her LWD. Apparently, the Hills star is back on the market after dumping Justin Bobby for making out with another girl in front of her. We always had a feeling that he wasn't trustworthy, but luckily it looks like she's already got a new man to distract her.

More pre-Emmy parties means more free stuff for celebrities, whether or not they're up for an award. Paris, who is totally a TV star, made her way to some of the gifting suites on Friday where she confronted the recent rumors that she's planning to join Nicole in motherhood. Paris told People, "Someone just said that I'm adopting four blonde babies. That's retarded. No, I'm not." Ah, always so eloquent. On an unrelated note, how unrecognizable is Paula Abdul? I can't wait to see her busting a gut at all of Ryan's hilarious antics. It's just about Emmy time, so fill out your last minute Ballots if you haven't already! A year of free TV makes award season all the more fun!

Eva showed off a new short bob at the Bebe fashion show in LA this weekend. She sported a similar do last month, but it only lasted a day before going back to extensions. This weekend we also got our first peek at Eva's new, hot Bebe Sport ads. Rebecca Romijn, who has taken over for Mischa as the new Bebe girl, was also in attendance with her fiance Jerry O'Connell. We're still waiting for Rebecca's ads to debut. The beautiful ladies are polar opposites in looks but we think it would be great if they teamed up for a Bebe ad instead of the separated planned ones.

Jim and Jenny hit the red carpet last night for the premiere of Jim's latest film, The Number 23. Jim has been doing quite a bit of promotion for the film, but just can't stop gushing about how much he's into his new girlfriend. He's also excited about spending his first Valentine's Day with the pretty blonde. Here's more:

Asked about plans for their first Valentine's Day together, Carrey said coyly, "It's going to be good!" Before the premiere Carrey told PEOPLE: "I feel really free, wonderful."

The couple skipped The Number 23 afterparty, held at downtown L.A.'s Edison Bar, but McCarthy waited patiently for almost 30 minutes while Carrey signed autographs and took pictures with fans after the screening.

"Is Jenny here?" Carrey said. "I've got to get my girl out."

Carrey's costar, Virginia Madsen, tells PEOPLE of the two, "They're just a great couple. They're both really great people. They go well together."

Ahhhh... so cute! Even down to the matching hair (although Jenny's clearly looked better last night). Anyway, Happy Valentine's Day to J&J. We hope it's a fabulous one! Anne looks like a princess all dressed up in a pretty little black dress. Dreamgirl's Jennifer Hudson and Jessica Biel also look simply fabulous. The ladies love Channing so enjoy these cute pics. As for Jared Leto, well we still miss the old hot Jared. We get that he wants to be a rocker, but just wish he would at least wipe that makeup off his face.

Britney may have dumped K-Fed but it doesn't look like he's going away anytime soon. Last night he was at the Details Magazine Insider Party along with Michael Vartan, Daniel Dae Kim and a few Laguna Beach alums. Kevin is trying to change his image, ditching his wife-beaters for blazers (or sweater coats) and trying to act a little more sophisticated. Still, that's going to be hard to keep up for long. K-Fed is going back to wrestling to pay his hefty legal bills. He plans to have a rematch with Cena on WWE on New Year's.

Last night the TV stars were at Boulevard3 in LA to celebrate the launch of SeenOn.com. All the girls look super cute and seem pretty excited about the new site that tells you where to find hot outfits and accessories you see the stars wearing on your favorite TV shows. Kristin Cavallari's new little bob is adorable but our favorite of the night was Kristen Bell in her cute green dress. The girls are totally getting into the holiday spirit showing off their green and reds. The boys from Project Runway's latest season were on hand as well.
