Katherine Heigl stepped out for lunch this weekend with Josh Kelley and a few members of her family. Seems that her outing was more exciting than this week's episode of Grey's Anatomy, which was pretty blah. We're starting to feel like the show is losing its charms but what do you think — is Grey's going downhill?

Guess she's not giving up that habit anytime soon, and Thursday night her character Izzie also could have used a stress reliever on Grey's Anatomy. Izzie did manage to make some progress in her relationship with Alex, and it sounds like many of you are rooting for this on-screen couple — even if her love affair with Denny comes into play next week.

While Izzie Stevens might not be doing so hot, Katherine still has a lot to smile about after an outstanding year which helped land her on the PopSugar100 for the first time this year at No. 81! Plus, now that Shonda Rimes cleared up the rumors surrounding Katherine after her foot in mouth comments, maybe it'll be more happy times and less controversy from here on out for Katherine.

The new rumor is that Izzie will develop a potentially fatal brain tumor, with the chance of dropping dead at any moment. The best part about this dark storyline is that Izzie will see visions of Denny, which means Jeffrey Dean Morgan would be back! While it’s confirmed that he will return, all they've said about Izzie's storyline is that it is "unbelievable". Grey's? Unbelievable? Never. Hopefully we’ll have more details after Buzz chats with the writers at the TCAs tomorrow.

The Get Smart trio of talent moved on to yet another city, this time surfacing in London for a photo call. It was just one more fashion victory for Anne — get her outfit breakdown here — and we're sure that if Raffaello could see her now, he'd be eating his heart out. As for other ghosts from Anne's past, she recently talked about how she feels about dropping out of Knocked Up, saying, "I don't think the reason matters at this point. Katherine Heigl did it, and did a tremendous job, you know. It was a great move for her, the film's been out for a year, got stellar reviews and did killer at the box office. I don't think it matters any more why I didn't do it." Sounds like Anne doesn't have any regrets, and we have a feeling her current box office success can only help.

Katherine Heigl showed off another piece from her bikini collection as she and Josh Kelley made the most of the final moments of their romantic getaway to Mexico with lots of poolside drinks. On Friday it was back to work for Josh who performed at Hotel Cafe, but Katherine was right there to support him between signing autographs for her own fans. On Saturday, the couple finally found some time to run errands and walk their doggies — just a little bit of normalcy before Josh goes on the road and Katherine gets back on set, but they can always get started on planning that next vacation.
