Air Logic / Pneumatic Controls with a Automatic Return Tractor Drive with the option for the operator to use to move the unit, which eliminates forces that would other wise be seen by the operator.
Low Profile Articulating Arm with Zero-G: Allows a 340 degree pivot at the same time as the end effector is pivoting (up to 340 degrees).
Material Handler / Ergonomic Lift Assist that secures to the Rear Seat (handles 6 different styles of seats - including Leather which is considered a "Wet" Surface because it is so slick). Once the operator engages the controls, the unit automatically shifts into a Zero-G mode and the end effector is almost weightless.
The end effector is designed and built with a tilt rotation that allows the operator to maneuver the seat from the shipped position into the load position.
Once the rear seat has been loaded, the operator removes the end effector from the vehicle and hit a button that automatically returns the whole unit to the start position in the work cell for this operation.

Ergonomic Sunroof Flushing

Pneumatic and Electric controls
This unit is an over the line material handling system that tracts with the vehicle. The process is to flush the sunroof glass in an elevation to reduce the noise of the wind traveling over the sunroof.
After the Sunroof is installed in a previous station and the vehicle comes into this station the unit will drop down and the operators position it to the sunroof. Once in position, the suction cups engage and the sunroof glass is position into the proper location for final securing to the interior roof line. Once complete the unit disengages, retraces up and automatically returns to start position of the operation.

More interested in pursuing the life of a playboy than that of a student, William Marshall (Romans), the son of a wealthy Southern family involved in horse racing, reluctantly heads back to graduate school to keep his family from cutting him off financially. Despite his usual sexual escapades and late nights with his friends, unexpectedly, William falls in love with Jane Webb (Allen), a beautiful, intelligent classmate who is less than interested in William. As William's heart and mind opens, he begins to reconcile the past and find a track for his future.
Shot on location at Churchil Downs and throughout Louisville, HOW YOU LOOK TO ME stars two-time Tony Award winner Frank Langella (Superman Returns, Good Night, and Good Luck, Dave), Laura Allen (Dirt, The 4400, Mona Lisa Smile), David S. Jung (The Mind Gap), and Bruce Marshall Romans (Mindbenders, Stonebrook). Romans, a Louisville native also penned the script, drawing on his family history. Both his father Jerry Romans Sr., and brother Dale are very accomplished trainers. The film was directed and produced by J. Miller Tobin (TV's Numb3rs, Jericho, CSI), with Josh Liveright and Jeremy Gold also producing.
