Hillary Clinton Felony Video Links Cher to Illegalities
The first ever video of a Presidential candidate caught in the act of committing two felony violations of the Federal Election Law,(www.hillcap.org) and proving her felony obstruction of three federal investigations and a criminal trial of her finance director, was filed in Paul v Clinton et al for judicial review in a California Appellate Brief on June 21, 2007, by US Justice Foundation lawyers.
A videotape of a conversation between Hillary Clinton and her largest 2000 donor, Peter Paul, and his partner Spider Man creator Stan Lee, (who has testified under oath he did not donate $225,000 that Hillary reported to the FEC in January, 2006 Lee supposedly gave to her campaign ) captures Hillary violating various federal election and obstruction of justice laws (see www.hillcap.org and www.ejfa.org). It was released April 16, 2007 by government attorneys who withheld the tape, since 2001, from three federal investigations and a criminal trial that were thwarted for lack of the direct evidence of Hillary's involvement with Paul that is captured on the tape.

Restaurant Jezebel Incident Incurs Felony Charge -Sept 6, 07
For months, several Downtown businesses have been targets of animal rights protesters. Police say they're looking for a man "caught in the act" of vandalizing a restaurant.
Restaurant Jezebel serves and sells a delicacy called foie gras.
It's made from the livers of geese that are force-fed, and that's why people protest -- proclaiming the delicacy the result of a cruel practice.
But police say one man took his fight too far, and now he faces a felony charge.
"This is him during the protest," an investigator told CBS 42's Gregg Watson. "This is him doing the criminal activity."
A protester defaced the building when he or she wrote a warning to diners at Jezebel that read: "Spit it out."
It's the second time since July the restaurant has been hit by vandals, upset with them selling foie gras.
"They are threatening," says owner Parind Vora. "And not only that, but a lot of our customers have filed complaints with the police department because what they're doing -- they're standing by the door. And as people are trying to walk in, they try to say I'm handing them the pamphlet, but they stretch their arms -- so it's like you're going to 'clothesline' somebody."
Vora set up surveillance after the last attack, and police say the suspect's name is Josh Rosenberg.
Parind says Rosenberg cut the power, not knowing the camera runs on a back-up battery.
"Cutting the power," Vora said. "I mean those are all big deals. This is not something normal people do."
The first time Jezebel was targeted, someone posted pictures online. Police say they traced the registered owner of the web site to Rosenberg.
"Prior incidents, I guess, have been posted to this web site as well as pictures," says Detective James Mason Austin Police Department. "And the detective was able to use that as a tool during his investigation to place an arrest warrant on the suspect."
Despite the damage, meals are still prepared and tables still set. They say dinner will be served, and they hope justice will be too.

This is raw video footage of Tolly Carr speaking to reporters before turning himself in to authorities in Winston-Salem, NC.
News anchor Tolly Carr was charged Friday, April 20, 2007 with felony death by vehicle in the drunk driving incident March 11 which killed Casey Bokhoven. Tolly Carr turned himself in and has chosen to remain in jail until sentencing and says he won't post his $100,000 bond.
Tolly Carr was also charged with driving while impaired in the accident Sunday, March 11, 2007, which took the life of Casey. Carr has also been charged with felony serious injury by motor vehicle in relation to his co-worker and passenger Fjola Wilson. Also, the DA is still not releasing Tolly Carr's blood alchohol test results citing their release to the public could jeoparize Carr's right to a fair trial. Tolly Carr issued a direct apology to the Bokhoven family, mentioning Casey by name. Carr's next court date is May 9.
Casey Bokhoven, age 26, was violently struck and killed by a pickup truck as he stood on a sidewalk waiting for his girlfriend. The truck, driven by WXII (Winston-Salem, NC) morning anchor Tolly Carr,vaulted over a small wall and hit Casey at 30 mph, dragging him 22 feet, hitting a building and coming to rest with Casey under the wheel. The incident occurred Sunday, March 11, 2007 around 3:40 AM. Charged with DWI, Carr admitted he had been drinking and warrants detail that he refused a Breathalizer test. Blood was taken from Carr, and the results of blood-alcohol tests have not yet been released to the public as of this date (April 20, 2007).
