Pleasantville (1998) - Follow through
I've always liked "Pleasantville" for its stunning visuals (the mixture of color and black and white is particularly fascinating) and the storyline that comes along with it.
Loved Joan Allen and Jeff Daniels in this, and even liked "Spiderman" Tobey Maguire and Reese Witherspoon (who I usually don't care much for) in their roles...
If you enjoy movies that are a little weird (in a good way), this might just be the right one for you.
Plus, it scores extra points for being a markedly feel-good movie. It never fails to put me in a good mood... :o)
