The original cut of the film was R-rated, scenes that had to be cut out to make it a lower rating (PG-13) are:
-Scene of Felix's severed leg in water
-The asian woman Loti being shot in the chest twice
-Camerashot of Krest's head exploding completely thru the glass
-Dario's legs being diced as he goes thru the grinder
-Sanchez burning
Apparently all of these are restored in the Ultimate Edition DVD but it looks about the same to me as the VHS tape I have...

Licence to Kill is a 1989 spy film. It is the 16th installment in the James Bond series, and the last to star Timothy Dalton as MI6 agent James Bond. Licence to Kill was the first official James Bond film
to use a title not derived from either an Ian Fleming novel or a short story.
However, it does contain characters and elements from Fleming's novel
Live and Let Die and the short story The Hildebrand Rarity, as well as
plot similarities to Fleming's novel The Man with the Golden Gun.

Plot:
A story about the intricacies of small town, blue-collar American life, centered around the misadventures of one, Miles Roby (ED HARRIS), manager of the Empire Grill. Trapped within the confines of Empire Falls, Maine since the death of his mother (ROBIN WRIGHT PENN), Miles has been unable to sever his many ties to his delapidated hometown, including his reformed brother (AIDAN QUINN), his lay-about father (PAUL NEWMAN), his soon-to-be-ex-wife (HELEN HUNT), and their intelligent, if awkward daughter, Tick (DANIELLE PANABAKER).
