He's not convinced she is that great an actor the who cares when she is as pielicious as she is? Add to this Emma Pie-rson as a drunken tart and you got a pincer movement of pie as effective as any drama has had in living memory. Talk To Me is a love triangle drama that unfolds as predictably as most of these things do but despite some pretty clunky dialogue and baffling character motivation it's an enjoyable enough hump of cunt to rest your head on Sunday nights which is all you can reasonably expect these days. 	Nina's Heavenly Delights - Portions for Foxes I made a clip of Nina and Lisa from "Nina's Heavenly Delights"(2006), and I hope you like it. The song is called "Portions for Foxes" and it's performed by Rilo Kiley. I hope you like the combination :) The plot of the movie: Nina comes back to Scotland again - long time no see and a few things have happened. Her father has passed away and left a restaurant for Nina to take care of. Nina is supposed to sell the restaurant, but instead she participates a TV-cooking-competition with Lisa, the daughter of the other restaurant owner. They fell in love while practising for the competition and afraid of the family's reactions they keep quiet til the TV-show. The movie is sweet, you gotta see it! 	"Till Death Do Us Part" PLEASE READ Seriously, if you don't, you won't have a CLUE what's going on! For the record, this story belongs to a friend hoping to get it published. I just edit the stuff :) CAST LIST: David Tennant - Jackson Erskine Laura Fraser/Vanessa Carlton - Kate Bird Billie Piper - Juliet Blake Ritson - Blade Erembourg Jessica Atkins - Nicole Erskine The various actors were chosen by the story's author. She said that Laura Fraser looked exactly the way she had pictured Kate, as had Billie and Blake for their respective characters. David Tennant, she agreed, is perfect for anyone :) And Jessica Atkins is a bit too blonde (for Nicole appears as a brunette in the book), but as she is the only child I have footage of with David, she'd have to do. Alright. Well. Obviously, no one knows anything about these characters, so I think I'll try to delve into them a bit. Jackson "Jack" Erskine - Jack is the youngest son of a famous pirate, Abrahana Erskine...Described as being "extremly good looking" (hence the David Tennant). Raised in Scotland. While in England, he meets the beautiful Kate Bird, with whom he runs away and marries. Kate Bird - Kate is the younger daughter of a tavern owner Agrippa Bird. Her mother died in childbirth, and her father never forgives her for it. She is beaten severely throughout her childhood, as is her older sister Anastasia. Juliet - the orphan who decided to run off, hoping to find a better way of life but finding nothing. She meets Jack and Kate when they arrive in the city of Golden Bay (in the Caribbean), and she is introduced to Blade Erembourg. Blade Erembourg - Only son of the richest man on the island, lonely and cold. He finds himself in a bit of a predicament when he falls madly in love with the urchin Juliet, offering her a place to stay in his mansion for a long period of time. Nicole Erskine - the daughter of Jack and Kate. Mischevious and clever like her father, the exact picture of her mother, with the exception of her father's hazel eyes. Alright. This is a love story, complete with feuding parents, death, and tradgedy. At one point, Jack (who is by nature a treasure hunter) leaves Kate to go search at sea for a time, and Juliet joins him, always a restless and unusual being. Explantion time. The kiss between the Doctor and Rose (or Jack and Juliet) that is shown in this video...the characters do actually share a kiss in the book...Juliet may have some feelings that she keeps to herself. And the Vanessa Carlton clips. Just to clear things up, Kate is a much renowned musician. 	Outlander Casting Video Just my vision of what the characters may look like if ever the book is made into a movie. Since I ran out of music for my video, here are the actors, in order of "appearance" Jason Isaacs as Frank/BJR (I haven't found many people to argue on this one, though Rufus Sewell might work) Tommy Flanagan as Murtaugh (I keep wanting to make Murtaugh chubby and jolly, but I just did my 4th reread of Outlander and DG describes him as skinny and weasel faced) Mel Gibson as Dougal (this one I could take/leave, but quite a fetching pic of the kilt) Liam Neeson as Collum (another I could go either way on, he may be too handsome for Collum) Sophia Myles as Laoghaire (that pic seems to encompass the beauty and innocence with something sinister brewing underneath) Tilda Swinton as Geillis (she did such a good job as the White Witch) Laura Fraser as Jenny (She's both Scottish and her last name is Fraser, what more could you ask for?) Jeremy Northam as Ian Sr. (not really what I picture, but alas, he's so handsome and will always be "My Mr. Knightly") Joseph Gordon Levitt as Ian Jr. (he's American, but has done some excellent Indie stuff, plus he has the longer face) Olivier Martinez as Fegus (handsome french guy, what can I say) Olivia Williams as Claire (or I could see Kate Winslet or Rachel Weisz with a perm and Nice and Easy coloring) Gerard Butler as Jamie (not exactly a 20 something virgin with red hair, but so many people talked about him "being" Jamie that it actually started my love of Outlander picturing him as such) Matthew Goode as Roger (he's British, but has Roger's really green eyes) Anneliese van der Pol as Brianna (another one of those that is hard, but she is tall with red hair) Jude Law as LJG (he has an air of sofistication with a touch of metrosexuality added) Frances Fisher as Aunt Jocasta (she exudes arrogance so well) Billy Connolly as Duncan (he could play anybody for all I care, I just love Billy Connelly) and Sean Bean as Stephen Bonnett (he's such a good villain). Music is "To the Stars" by Randy Edelman originally in the "Dragonheart" soundtrack, but Disney uses it as the music in some of their previews before they have a soundtrack. View Video
