Born in Czechoslovakia, Elena started acting at age six in three local professional theaters. At age 10, she began her professional studies at The Dramatic School of Art in Prague. During this time, Elena has performed on stage in various foreign languages. Today she speaks 12 languages fluently and 5 conversationally. In 1999 she came to New York to continue her studies at the School for Film and Television, Columbia University and The William Esper Studio.She is also a stand up comedienne - various shows on Carolines on Broadway, Laugh Factory NY - LA. Recently Funniest Mom in America 3.Mother of Naveen Joshua Andrews and son of actor Naveen Andrews.
