Took a silver medal in the 1996 kungfu nationals in San Francisco, which was hosted by Lilly Lau.

The name "Caelan" means "warrior" in Gaelic and is a derivative of the Irish Saint Caillan.
Her surname "Wallace" is of the Scotish clan "Wallace." She took her husband's name (a descendant of Sir William Wallace).
She is half Irish mix & half Slovak.
At one point she tried to teach herself Cantonese for fun.
Once lived on Waikiki beach and learned to surf with long board.
Broke her nose during her teen years of martial arts training
Had forsaken her Taekwondo training for Kungfu when she was just 6 months away from the Taekwondo black belt.
