Sister of Nicole Appleton. Member of pop group All Saints. Mother of Rachel Appleton. Attended Sylvia Theatre School along where Nicole and her met their future bandmate, Melanie Blatt. Gave birth to son, Ace, by Caesarean section at London's St. John and St. Elizabeth Hospital on the 2nd of March in 2004
