Elizabeth Hara was born Feb. 7, 1983 in the San Francisco Bay Area and raised as Elizabeth Hara Wong. A natural athlete and dancer, Elizabeth studied gymnastics, kung fu, karate, field hockey, tango, salsa, ballet and modern dance. A principle dancer for the Berkeley Ballet Theatre, Elizabeth also founded the Berkeley High School Swing Dancing Club and won the Vision-Series 2000 award for best student Choreographer. She was an active member of the Cal Ski and Snowboarding club and Lindy on Sproul. She also loves to scuba dive.This past May, she graduated a semester early with honors from the University of California Berkeley from the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies. In her senior thesis, Elizabeth analyzed the interaction of the visual and verbal arts through the mediums of painting and poetry. Accompanying her thesis, Elizabeth created a painting-poem that combined narrative of Greek myth with psychology. A writer and painter, Elizabeth continues to combine the verbal and visual arts in poetry, painting, and film.Summer 2005, Elizabeth went backpacking through Europe, traveling at times with friends and on her own. Traveling on her own, Elizabeth decided to move to Los Angeles to pursue acting and modeling, making the move November 2005. She has since joined the Screen Actors Guild. Recently, Elizabeth was a featured model for the Fast and the Furious III, was the chosen iPod Nano Gadget Girl for March on I4U.com. Currently, Elizabeth is starring in three independent shorts in production to be released later this year.
