Natalia Martinez Streignard was born in Madrid, Spain. Her father was German and her mother Argentinian. When she was three years old she went to live in Venezuela and today she considers Venezuela as her home country. She was not good at school (her words). Natalia began her career in the Miss Venezuela contest. She got her first main role in TV in the year 1996 for "Sol de tentacion" (1996), where she played Sol. In 1998 she was the leading actress (for second time) in the TV production of "Mujer de mi vida, La" (1998). The shots of that novela were taken in the most beautiful places of Miami. While shooting the novela, Natalia and the main male actor - the Cuban, Mario Cimarro, had a romantic story, which gave the start of their relationship. The most exciting moment for both of them was on 10th of October in 1999, this was their wedding day. And now...unfortunately, they are divorcing.
Natalia Martinez Streignard Negri was born on September 9, 1970 in Madrid, Spain. When she was 3, her family moved to Venezuela. She began acting in 1992, after participating in the Miss Venezuela pageant she was chosen to be the protagonist of the Venezuelan soap "Pedacito de cielo"(1993) . Her next soap was "Dulce enemiga"(1995), where she portrayed the villain, María Laura Andueza. In 1996 she filmed "Sol de tentacion"(1996). Two years later, Natalia met her husband, also actor Mario Cimarro, on the set of "Mujer de mi vida,La"(1998). The couple tied the knot on June 10, 1999. They moved to Mexico, where Natalia participated in the soap "Mi destino eres tú"(2000) . In 2001, Natalia was offered to act in the Venezuelean soap "Niña de mis ojos, La"(2001). Natalia accepted, and moved back to Venezuela. Meanwhile, Natalia and Mario, who was filming in Mexico, were having problems due to the distance and considered to separate. A year later, Natalia became the protagonist of the successful soap "Mi gorda bella" (2002) , where she portrayed the first fat protagonist ever in Latin soaps - Valentina Villanueva. She and her husband Mario decided to work things out, and stay together. In 2004, Natalia was Ariana Dupont, the brilliant villain of "¡Anita, no te rajes!"(2004). She is currently (2006) filming another successful soap - "La Tormenta"(2005) in Colombia.
