Hi Teri, my wife and I are very sorry for your loss. The shows you and Steve have done have taught us adults, as well as our children, to view wildlife in a totally new perspective. We wish you and your children the best.

Terri I'm very sorry for your loss and will pray for you and your children always. I can't imagine what you're going through, but I know what it's like to have your loved ones taken from you, even though my experience was a couple seconds and my daughter is living proof of that. I'm a military wife in the U.S. and I think your husband had a "captivating" personality that pulled everybody in and made you feel what he did about life and his animals. I, too, am a animal lover and think what you guys are doing for animals and their environments is amazing. You and your children are beautiful and this world will never forget your husband. Don't worry, he's in safe place, heaven. Without him in your life is too hard to imagine day after day and that will be the hardest thing to let go of. Time and peace will heal some borders of your life, but I pray that you will fill complete always. Me and my families prayers are with you and your loved ones forever. Much Love and GOD Bless, Sincerely, Rachel.

Our sympathy goes to Terri and the children and to his father. This has shocked us all and broken our hearts. We've lost an icon...although some say he was an ordinary guy - he was a most unusual...a gift for animals from Mother Nature.

Teri,
I visited the zoo twice in the past 3 years and it truly is an amazing place. Steve and yourself clearly worked very hard and he will be sorley missed. I do hope you continue your great work, as I'm sure Steve would want you too! When I came to the zoo xmas eve 2003, yourself and Steve were at the zoo and I saw you with the elephants, you were both great! My thoughts are with you and your family and I have no doubts that you and Bindi will never let the Crocodile Hunter be forgotton! Kirstie - England

Terri, Its been two days and I still feel my heart in the pit of my stomach. You and Steve are more than the best animal conservations and educators, the love you have for Steve and your children is an inspiration to all who watched. I enjoyed watching you with your family more than the animals. It was awesome watching you and Steve working together. My prayers go out to you and your family Terri! I hope Australia (Or the World) creates a National Holiday for Steve Irwin. He is one in a Billion!

Terri I am so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you and your children. I feel like I lost a Teacher. I learned more about animals from Steve than from anyone else. His tireless efforts to preserve and care for animals will be deeply missed. Again, my deepest condolences.

Dear Terri, Bindi, and Bob,
I feel like I have lost a member of my own family.
Please know that all of you are in my heart and Prayers. Bindi, Bob, know that your dad was one of the great warriors of animal rights and conservation; but most of all his greatest passion was you two children. Terri you are in my thoughts. You will get through this. You have great friend and family to help you. I know that you will see to it that Steve's work will continue. Sharon

Our Deepest condolences to Teri and the children. Steve's loss comes as a crushing blow to us. Reminds me of the song, "The Good Reuben James." The worst of men must fight and the best of men must die. We will miss Steve, and hope to see you and the children continuing the work he so much loved.

Steve will be with you and the children always and one day you'll be together again. My heart is heavy with the pain of his passing I too feel like I've lost a friend. My prayers are with your family, Wes and all the zoo family for if it's hard for me they must feel like there can be nothing worse. Thank you for sharing Steve with us and we will help you keep up his work in anyway you need. Steve will be written in history as the most loving man of reptiles, animals and the earth. I send you and the children all my love.

Dear Terri,
Hearing about Steve just about did me in. I really thought he was invincible. I loved his shows and what he did educating us about animals. I, for one, will really miss him.
In my backyard, where I know there are copperheads lurking, I look around carefully every time we go out there, thinking to myself...what would Steve do if we saw one. That doesn't stop me from being afraid of them, but it does give me confidence.
Bless you and your precious children. My
heart goes out to you all.

I feel like an angel has been ripped from the planet Earth. God's planet will never be the same. He touched all of us. He never waivered or let us down. He had a big impression on me, that's for sure. I will , in my small way, help with his and Lovely Terri's mission. Steve and Terri are my heros!

I keep thinking it cannot be true that THE Crocodile Hunter is gone!!! He and Terri made my family aware of the Animal Planet years ago and they both impressed safety and conservation. Our wish is for Terri, the children, and the great staff to continue the work at the zoo. Our message for Terri and the kids would be: Our hearts go out to you during this terrible tragic time. We wish there were words that could fully express our sadness and soothe your pain - however, those words haven't been created yet. Be strong, we'll follow your progress from America. Terri,
I was extremely upset at this tragic news. Steve will be sorely missed. He was a great man and it is great loss for humankind and the animal world. Steve was a true "hero" in every sense of the word. Your children are beautiful and hopefully one day they will take over his legacy. Just know that the world is grieving right along side of you - my sincerest condolences to you and your family.
