Dalia was born on November 5th 1983. She was raised in Kuwait and went to the gulf English school, after which she received a BA in theater from The American University in Cairo, and graduated with high honors. From then on she went to pursue her career in acting, which included many roles in plays, the most recent being Emily in a translated production of Our Town and Yvette Potier in Mother Courage. She took part in some independent movies the most memorable being 59/59 as Kholoud and also in Afia (a spoof on the Egyptian movie Mafia). Kalam Fel Hob is her first role in a major film production.
