Bright red hair and a huge smile. That's what you see when Mary Pascoe steps on the stage. Then you watch her strum her guitar (self-taught), you hear her sing the songs she wrote alone from start to finish, and you begin to realize this girl is more than just a pretty face.Born in a small town in Michigan, Mary left for college when she was only 16 years old. There she began headlining concerts right away, in addition to opening for Jill Sobule in the Spring of 2001.While at Wellesley College, she even snatched up a principal role in the Julia Roberts film "Mona Lisa Smile," alongside Kirsten Dunst, Julia Stiles, and Maggie Gyllenhaal. It seems skipping a year in high school wasn't enough for this prodigy, because she finished college early as well.After joining the Screen Actors Guild, starring in several indie films, and performing in Boston whenever possible, it was time to move again. Mary packed up all her things and drove all the way to California by herself, which is where you can currently find her playing in a wide variety of clubs.With a background in gymnastics, dance, radio, broadcasting, piano, and even mime, Mary Pascoe can do it all! She's certainly one to watch.
